  • Give your written General Consent for handling upon admission to the Clinics.
  • Receive a pathological report and a copy of medical test outcomes from the Medical Records Section (at your application), for which the clinic will charge you as per DHA’s laws and regulations.
  • Require privacy through the completion of all examinations, methods, and practice at the clinics, and maintain the privacy of all your data.
  • Give your written knowledgeable consent before any surgery, minimally-invasive method, transfusion of blood, anesthesia and blood products, or any other medical plans that entail your signed consent (in line with DHA’s rules and laws) after getting all information that you may require. This must involve the procedure advantages, available choices, and all potential risks.
  • If you proceed to refuse the medication, the treating doctor must notify you of the medical importance of the same. You shall then, therefore sign a copy with your decision.
  • Be shielded during your medication from any bodily, verbal, or mental assault.
  • Have a family person or custodian as an escort, as per your availability, and your fitness status, as per DHA’s dictates and laws. However, due to medical reasons Vida may or may not support this.
  • You have the power to refuse medical treatment or follow-up of your medication details by any person not immediately responsible for your healthcare. For persons who are not directly connected in your medication, they must have your former consent to attend your case analysis, examination, and treatment.
  • Receive a comprehensive explanation of causes and/or reasons in case you are assigned to another care center, following obligations (financial and regulatory, if any) and options. The clinic’s management will then execute all the required methods to obtain the alternative medical center’s consent to receive the associated patient before beginning the transfer process.
  • Receive, on your request, a detailed bill describing all charges (despite) paid by yourself or by other sources.
  •  Regular feedback shall be exercised to determine the levels of fulfillment of complainants with the complaints-handling manner. Specific feedback of the complainant is taken for analysis of the same.
  • In case of any modern scientific investigation conducted by DHA concerning your treatment, your physician will notify you of all the associated issues including possible benefits and hazards, therapeutic choices, and medical examination order details.
  • All queries/concerns are acknowledged within 24 hrs and publication of the resolution, within 5 working days.
  • Complain, advise, and talk on services to a customer service manager or via the coming mediums, verbal, written, website.
  • Vida Clinics is assigned to granting patients with honest and compassionate concern respecting their individual needs, according to DHA’s guidance.
